Hi! My name is Steve Feheley, Owner/Operator of Jameson Homes Co.
With over 20 years in the construction industry, I started from the bottom, labouring for a General Contractor in the Midland/Barrie area. While putting myself through College for Business, I became a Union Handyman / after sales Service Tech from Barrie to Toronto, gaining knowledge and experience at all stages of the home building process.
With an eagerness to learn, a passion for construction, and an attitude to please, I was trained and promoted to Finishing Site Supervisor with one of the major player's in the residential construction industry, then eventually becoming a Site Supervisor, managing a busy subdivision, building multiple homes, for many years, successfully.
Throughout my career, I’ve been blessed with exceptional mentorship. I’ve undergone regular professional development, health and safety training and post-secondary education courses, covering various aspects of the business. Construction Technologies, Building Codes in Ontario, Customer Service and New Home Licensing and Warranty, to name a few.
Now, back in the Midland/Tay/Tiny area, Jameson Homes Co. was established, achieving Tarion/HCRA registration in the summer of 2018, specializing in Quality, Rural, Home Construction.
Starting a construction company from the ground up, gave me the opportunity and ability to create something unique and amazing, a network of carefully selected trade relations that share the same enthusiasm for the industry as I do, the same work ethic, and integral practices to the core. An invaluable group of Trade Partners and Professionals that value reputation overall. Whom believe in good business, and good value for the Clients hard earned dollar.
I'm a type A personality, nature enthusiast, animal lover, maybe a touch of O.C.D, who believes in getting up early, taking the good with the bad, and putting in the work. I believe in struggle, daily challenges, reflection, and bettering yourself with it, on a continuous basis.
I believe in health, gratitude, avoiding drama, and surrounding yourself with honest, authentic people, as best you can, both in personal life and in business.
